TECHNOLOGY AND HEALTH

I will start when it was the mid of 20th century, people of most of the developing countries didn’t ever thought that after passing of 40 to 50 years the life would be changed so drastically, the world will become global village and distances will no more called distances.

With the advent of computers, information technology, vehicle resources, modernization and advancement in other fields has put an individual to not to move his body. People are traveling short distances through their bikes and cars. Children are playing video games instead of some healthy outdoor games. The work load of office is transferred at home very easily through mobile phones, laptops and email technology. People don’t have time for relaxing or workout or exercise.

Medically this is something very serious. Increase rate of cholesterol problem among children, tension and depression among adults are some of the common problems which are faced. We are also hearing about radiations of mobile phones which can affect different parts of body mainly the ear, in the past we used to hear same about the computer monitor screen which affects eyes

I just want to draw your attention towards the need of work out and exercise in our daily routine and you should also know all kind of risks and problems associated with any technology oriented product.
